The accomodations, the community, the facility, and the convience all make the Morgan the best place to live. The building is brand new. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is safe and ideal.

great place, comfort and convenient

It's the best place I've lived!

This place is great. Very spacious apartments with a great patio area. The people who work here are very helpful and nice. I've made some nice connections with residents as well. Rent is a little higher then I would like.

It's a very nice living situation, rent is very reasonable, and the door staff is very nice.

The Morgan is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and here you get a lot! There are tons of great amenities and benefits to living at the Morgan from your own private balcony to the Club Room to the fitness center to the outdoor garden. It's great all around! And the apartments themselves are very spacious, new and beautiful.

Life at the Morgan is great, But there is outside noise to deal with like trains, traffic, and delivery trucks.

I would tell them its a nice, clean building that I am enjoying living in

Overall I would say my experience at the morgan has been excellent! Obviously nothing is perfect but I can honestly say that it is the best apt I have ever lived in and I appreciate all of the staff!
